IoT gatetay - OpenWRT?

I would like to develop a Gateway, in order to upload to cloud(timestream db) the data from sensors.
The sensors are BLE based.
I need schematic + PCB design + finalize the prototype by writing the OpenWrt (alternative recommendations are also welcome).
