IoT Process Controller for Industrial Automation

I'm seeking a skilled engineer to design an IoT-based process controller for industrial automation. This controller will manage several components, including:
- 5-8 stepper motors
- 10-12 servo motors
- 20-25 limit switches
- 5-10 sensors
- A temperature controller and heater
- 5 -8 small DC motors
The project will also involve designing the schematics, PCB, and firmware, as well as creating a GUI and integrating a printer and TFT touch screen.
Key requirements:
- Expertise in industrial automation is a must.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth protocols.
- Experience with capacitive touch screen interfaces.
- Ability to work with a variety of motors, switches, and sensors.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in IoT, PCB design, and firmware development, with a portfolio demonstrating prior work in similar projects.
