Some work has already been done. That needs to be validated and then proceeded on that. This project will have penalty if not completed within time frame provided by developer + 15 days grace period.

I am looking for complete hardware, PCB & Firmware design to final product development with low cost.

Components:
1. accelerometer, gyrometer & vibration sensor
2. GPS
3. Temperature
4. BLE
5. Sim for connecting to internet
6. SD or inbuilt memory as backup for 1 day. In case data was not sent initially.
7. Burzer or scare alarm

Firmware Requirement
1. Device should send all second level data to backend every 15 seconds when device is moving for gps, accelerometer, gyro & temperature. This time should be configurable.
2. If device doesn't find any change in position, then data should be sent 15 minutes, if no further movement, then 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 120 minutes and then every 240 minutes.
3. BLE should read new advertisement only and send to backend every 10 minutes in 4 hours. With new advertisement means that beacon emit same message every few seconds. So if device read and send that message in 4 hour period, then do not send that message in 4 hour period. This period is configurable.
4. Device should save BLE mac address and UUID to identify owner of device. If device moves without saved BLE, then send message to backend.
5. Crash detection
6. Store data sent to card for a day. In case device is not able to send data, then send later.
7. When user press panic/find button, burger should produce sound accordingly (panic vs search)
8. All urls should be configurable

All communications to be happened over mqtt
