3000 W Induction stow PCB Design

Job ID: 39804241

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a seasoned PCB engineer to take my 3 kW, 110 V-230 V induction-stove concept from schematic to production-ready files. The board must reliably drive the induction coil while integrating precise temperature control that can track a probe or surface sensor and modulate power accordingly.

Your design should cover:
• Full-bridge or half-bridge driver stage sized for the 3 kW load
• Resonant tank tuning for universal mains input
• Temperature-feedback loop tied into the PWM or phase-shift controller
• Proper thermal layout, copper pours and creepage/clearance for 230 V operation
• EMI/EMC-conscious routing and filter selection so the unit can pass household appliance standards

Deliverables I expect:
1. Schematic, annotated with component values and key calculations
2. PCB layout (Altium, KiCad or Eagle native files + Gerbers)
3. Complete BOM with supplier part numbers
4. Basic thermal/EMI simulation notes or test data that back up critical design choices

Please attach examples of past high-power or induction-based boards you’ve shipped so I can gauge fit. If your previous work shows robust coil driving and reliable temperature regulation, you’ll jump to the front of the line.

Looking forward to collaborating with an advanced designer who can keep the copper cool and the coil humming.
