I am seeking an experienced professional to assist with the design and manufacturing of an induction heater PCB. The project requires the following specifications:
- Cost-effectiveness and reliability
- Parts (bomlist) must be available from well-known suppliers such as Mouser, digi-key, etc.
- Provide support for issues during manufacturing
- Existing induction heater designs can be used, but it must then be adapted to our requirements.
PCB requirement:
- Works on 230v AC
- Main control by ESP32 S3 with WiFi
- RGB LED
- 1x touch control
- 1x sensor temp (max temp 120 Celsius )
- Control 2x 12v pump
- 1x buzzer
- Induction will be turn on by ESP32 and current can me adjust by ESP32
- Max power induction 3500Watt
Firmware will be designed by us.
I require assistance with both the design and manufacturing aspects of the project. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both areas and be able to provide a comprehensive solution.
The desired timeline for completing the project is within 2 month. It is crucial that the project is completed within this timeframe.
