Improve range of nrf905 rf system

We have a central unit with an nrf905 module and an existing puck combi antenna that needs communication with a remote control with another nrf905 module or pcb mounted nrf905 with preferably PCB integrated antenna. We use the 868MHz band.

We will provide the electronics, design files, instructions - and you provide a prototype PCBA based on our existing ones or instruct us on how to produce / improve our current PCBAs - and/or shielding of rf system.

Antenna design/choice is only required on the remote control, but if the existing puck antenna unexpectedly is not adequate it can be changed.

We used CADint for the designs, but we can receive the modifications and modify our existing designs ourselves.

We need approximately a range of at least 150m. The packet system uses 32bit adressing, 8 bytes data and CRC.

We need someone with a proven record of RF design skills and payment will be upon successful implementation and production of the modified system.

The systems is based on atmel2560 mpu using microchip studio and jtag programming/debugging.

Items must be returned upon finished product.
