High-Durability Current & Voltage Sensing PCB
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am in need of an experienced PCB designer to create a highly durable printed circuit board that incorporates a TI INA229 current and voltage sensing IC, along with a PCB mounted shunt resistor capable of handling up to 50 amps. The board should be designed to withstand industrial use.
Key Requirements:
- Incorporating TI INA229 current and voltage sensing IC
- Capable of handling up to 50 amps, 85V DC.
- High durability for industrial use
- All external connections to be via screw terminals (e.g. phoenix) and support the required current.
- calculation of required parameters for INA229 register settings.
- Size is flexible
- Would be ideal if there was onboard 5V regulator for VIN of INA229, but open to this being external supply.
Ideal Skills:
- Strong background in PCB design
- Experience with current and voltage sensing ICs
- Knowledge of shunt resistor design and implementation
- Understanding of industrial-grade PCB requirements
