Help me design a small PCB for LED lights
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm looking for a PCB guru to help design a PCB for an LED light similar to the GoPro Light Mod (linked below)

Basically:
- I want a row of 10 LEDs
- Small form, I'll be 3D printing a case for it to fit on an action cam
- Support for micro LED (probably 5v)
- A dimmer dial/wheel, or something of the sort
- simple on/off logic or switch
I would like all files needed to order from PCBWay or similar, assistance in order would be appreciated and tips will be provided for help.
