HDMI eARC to I2S audio module

We would like to have a simple PCB designed, manufactured and tested using the Lattice Semiconductor SIL9437 HDMI eARC IC. Our offer is to pay for the development, prototype manufacturing, and design files upon completion of verified and tested module.

This small PCB will be about the size of a credit card (or smaller), have an HDMI input, and 8 channels of PCM audio via 4 lanes of I2S output on a header.
