Gerber Files Generation for 19-Inch PCB
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
We are seeking a skilled freelancer to generate the complete set of Gerber files required for the fabrication of a 19-inch lamp board PCB. This project involves translating our design specifications into industry-standard Gerber (RS-274X) format.
The final PCB will incorporate the following key elements and specifications:
Board Size: 19-inch (specific dimensions will be provided in the design files).
Substrate: To be determined (please advise on optimal material based on application and cost-effectiveness).
Copper Layers: [Specify number of copper layers, e.g., Single-layer, Double-layer]. Please ensure accurate representation of all circuit copper layers in the Gerber files.
Dielectric Layer(s): [Specify dielectric material and thickness if known, e.g., FR-4, specific thickness]. The Gerber files should clearly define all dielectric layers.
Aluminum Layer: The design incorporates an aluminum layer for [Specify purpose, e.g., heat dissipation, mechanical support]. This layer needs to be accurately represented in the Gerber files.
Insulation Ink Coating: The final PCB will require an insulation ink coating (solder mask) over specific areas. The Gerber files must precisely define the areas requiring this coating.
Deliverables:
The freelancer will be responsible for delivering a complete set of Gerber files, including:
Gerber files for all copper layers (top, bottom, and any inner layers).
Gerber file for the solder mask (insulation ink coating) - top and bottom.
Gerber file for the silkscreen (component legends) - top and bottom (if applicable).
Drill file in Excellon format.
Outline/profile file of the 19" board.
Any necessary README or instruction files.
Required Expertise:
Proven experience in generating accurate Gerber files for PCB manufacturing.
Understanding of PCB design principles and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with industry-standard PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad).
Attention to detail and ability to adhere to design specifications.
