Gerber File Creation
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
This project will require you to create a Gerber file from a basic wiring diagram and a set of more in-depth information that will be provided upon award of the project.
The end usage for the PCB will be an extremely cost sensitive market and this must be kept in mind throughout the design.
Basic requirements:
- 3 mounted relay holders and relays on a PCB board switched via a positive DC signal. These relays will have fuses and a light to indicate fuse status.
- An AC voltage section with mounted fuse holders, fuses and LED’s to indicate fuse status
- Push fit terminals for wires to be inserted (30 terminals at the top tracked through to 30 terminals at the bottom).
- Holes in the PCB board for a spacer to connect to 6 / 8mm thread.
- Outputs going out of board must be Green LED
- Inputs going in to board must be Red LED
- Screen print numbers on the PCB board and my logo
- Must keep in mind that this will eventually be a CE marked product.
