GPS tracker

I'm looking for a highly skilled electrical engineer with a specialty in electronics/GPS/Microcontroller/GSM.

Required skills:

- Schematic design
- PCB design
- firmware coding
- restful api
- wifi protocol
- GPS
- GSM module


Project requirement
- Input voltage DC 12V
- Use ESP32 module with wifi
- Use cellular data to send location (no SMS)
- Initial configuration via wifi
- After initial configuration, all communications are done via cellular data
- Device takes commands from web (e.g. change how often the location is sent e.g)
- Device sends locations to web via restful api
- You are not responsible for the web development. You are only responsible for the hardware design, schematic design, PCB design, prototype, and firmware development.

Previous experience with GMS/GPS and ESP32 are a must.
