Functional PCB Design Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a freelancer to develop a PCB and provide a BOM for the following device:
A circuit that will incorporate the Raspberry Pi Pico and will be connected to a 72V battery that will have the following features:
1. Read 20 strings of input voltages from the battery (a 72V li ion battery consists of 20 rows of cells connected in series (3.6V*20=72V)).
- The range of voltage for each channel will be about 2V to 4.5V
- There should be a JST connector for 21 wires on the PCB for this input, just like a battery BMS.
- If the chip that reads this (probably a multiplexer) has more inputs than 20 then make it the maximum number of channels possible with that same component
2. Input for a hall sensor
3. Input for a thermistor
4. Input for a moisture sensor
* All inputs should be with a connector that I will choose later on in the project
The PCB will have the following components mounted on it: Raspberry Pi Pico, GPS and SIM modules (that will be working with the Raspberry Pi Pico).
The power input for the PCB will come from the battery connected to it for measuring so there should be a dc to dc converter from 30-90V to PCB input voltage.
The PCB should be as thin and small as possible, so no pin connectors for the modules, all should be flat on the main PCB, preferably smd.
The PCB will have 4 mounting holes in the corners
What I expect:
• A proposal that outlines your strategy to achieve the desired end result.
• Please include any information you deem relevant.
Skills/Experience:
• Extensive PCB Design knowledge.
• Expertise in virtual functionality testing of PCB designs.
• Strong attention to detail.
Finally, the designed PCB should undergo a virtual test for circuit functionality. The aim is to produce a highly functional, reliable product. If you believe that you have the expertise and skills to deliver this job, send in a comprehensive proposal.
