Firmware Replacement for Canadian Square Terminal

As a USA based business, I've acquired more than a few square terminals SPD1 from different regions USA, CA, France and some terminals are regionally unlocked. I am looking to figure a way to configure All my Square Terminal to be either unlocked or USA. I have no idea if it's possible to dump the firmware from a working model and move it to another or if we can just edit the payment region configuration for the terminal.
Key Requirements:
- Adjustment of my Square terminal's region to USA
- Configuration of the terminal to accept Credit/Debit cards and Contactless payments (NFC).
- Withstand a factory reset and pushed updates.
- Create a framework to be able to do that in bulk with the least effort possible
