Esp32 distance micrometer using laser beam short range

I am in need of a skilled freelancer who can create an Esp32 distance micrometer using a laser beam for short range measurements. The project requires a measurement range of 50cm with an accuracy level of within 0.1mm. The device does not need to be waterproof.

Project need to include selecting the laser element designing a pcb with minimal elements for cheap manufactor znd arduino software to oparate it.
