Embedded System Designer for Development of an Industrial Electrical Measurement Card for universal power electronics and industrial power supply application purpose.

Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in embedded system design and development
- Expertise in electrical measurements and accuracy control
- Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++ and assembly language
- Experience in working with voltage measurement circuits and sensors

Project Requirements:
- Develop an electrical measurement card for both AC and DC power system measurement purpose with a required measurement accuracy of ±0.1%
- The card should support voltage, current,
Frequency, power factor for AC power and voltage, current for DC power measurements and display in lcd for industrial applications.
- The AC measurement range 0- 1000v, 0- 1000A, 0- 50Hz. (For high current purpose hall sensors may be used)
- The DC measurement range 0- 1000v, 0- 1000A, (For high current purpose hall sensors may be used).
-Temp measurement range 0- 120 deg. C.
- All the parameters should disply in LCD and also able to communicate to remote through RS485.

Ensure compatibility with existing systems and protocols
- Design a compact and efficient circuit board layout
- Implement data processing algorithms to ensure accurate and reliable measurements
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the card meets the required accuracy and performance standards

Deliverables:
- Complete design and development of the electrical measurement card
- Detailed documentation including schematics, PCB layout, and firmware code
- Test reports and validation results.

The freelancer needs to handover all the Altium design source files for schematic, pcb design, and updated bom along with firmware source code, then only payment will release.

Note: Previous experience in developing similar embedded systems for industrial applications would be highly desirable.
