I am sourcing an engineer to prepare
a sensor the size of a CR20232 battery.
The sensor needs to log the duration of
a tile more than 70 degrees and needs a
tack switch to log when the sensor is
attached and when it is detached to bottles.
The size max is the dimension of the battery
and the thickness will be that of the thickest
part of the pcb/component. The chip probably best for this is the MSP430 and the RF should be 433 mhz to a receiver that will be may 10 meters distant. The receiver needs to transmit the received sensor data to a cloud server via data SIM. The tilt sensor
probably best will be an accelerometer but it needs to go into deep seep with nearly zero current draw unless it is tilted when the tack switch is 'on'. The sensor cost is very critical since clients will be needing about 200 for their bars. I can share suggested tack switch and accelerometer components suggestions and have a mature detailed spec. The battery life target is 3 years with 9,000 tilts of 3 seconds each. If you are interested in the gig please share the most similar work you have done.
