Electronics Consultant Needed for Wearable Health Monitoring Device PCB Cost Optimization

Job ID: 37576354

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

We have developed a PCB design schematic for a wearable health monitoring device, integrating sensors, li-ion battery, and other electronic components from reputable suppliers such as Analog Devices, Maxim Integrated Sensor, Panasonic, TDK, Samsung, Macronix, etc. However, the cost estimate for the components, as provided by our current freelance designer, significantly exceeds our proposed budget. The variance is more than three times our allocated budget for this project.

Our current designer is actively working on finding cost-effective alternatives for the components to align with our budget constraints, but progress has been slower than anticipated. Therefore, we are seeking to hire a new freelancer with expertise in the electronics market to expedite this process.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of the electronics market.
Ability to analyze the existing circuit diagram and suggest cost-effective alternatives for components.
Work as a consultant to assist in minimizing the production cost of the electronic board while adhering to our budget.

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze existing circuit designs and documents provided by our PCB designer.
Identify and propose alternative components that meet project requirements at a lower cost.
Work collaboratively to optimize the design for cost-effective electronic board production.
Provide information on economical circuit printing options.

Project Completion:

The successful completion of this project will be determined when the cost of the circuit is optimized to align with our budgetary constraints.

Deliverables:

Optimized circuit design with cost-effective components.
Recommendations and information on economic circuit printing.

Interested freelancers are invited to bid on this project and demonstrate their expertise in electronics, cost optimization, and PCB design. We look forward to collaborating with a skilled professional who can contribute to the success of our wearable health monitoring device project.
