Edit a pcb design and its firmware. Atmel based

We have a pcb deisng with firmware that works quite well, we would like to add a couple of features (additional input contact and ntc reading) and so a redesign and a firmware change is required. We need a development company with a lot of experience with pcb design and atmel platform. No prototype needed, we will take care of that.
