ESP32 PCBA Bug Fix and Redesign
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need help addressing a potentiometer bug on my ESP32 PCBA. The readings from the potentiometer are fixed at 4294967294 and do not change when I rotate it. I have another potentiometer that works fine, so I suspect this is a PCBA hardware issue.
I am looking for someone to guide my team in fixing this issue on the current boards. I can provide PCBA schematics, firmware, and component datasheets for reference.
Once this issue is resolved, I need to redesign the board to:
- Implement a permanent fix for the potentiometer
- Correct the routing for the CH340 USB to serial, which we manually fixed
- Minimize the size of the 3 x 16 pin connectors
The priority of the redesign is finding a permanent fix for the potentiometer. Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience with PCBA, particularly with ESP32, and be able to provide consultation and guidance.
Please get in touch if you're able to assist.
