ESP12 Module PCB Design with ePaper Display
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are seeking an experienced PCB designer to create a compact and efficient PCB layout for a project incorporating the following components:
ESP12 Module: The PCB should accommodate the ESP12 module, ensuring proper connectivity and signal integrity.
Driver Circuit for ePaper Display: Design a driver circuit tailored to interface seamlessly with the ePaper display, ensuring optimal display performance.
Power Circuit: Implement a power management circuit capable of handling battery connections (3V) and charging via USB (5V). The circuit should include necessary protection mechanisms and ensure efficient power distribution.
GPIO - LED Connection: Integrate GPIO pins for LED connections, allowing for easy interfacing and control of LEDs.
GPIO - Push Button: Include GPIO pins dedicated to push button connections, facilitating user input and interaction with the device.
The primary objectives of this project include:
Designing a compact and well-organized PCB layout that accommodates all specified components.
Ensuring proper signal routing and power distribution to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
Implementing necessary safety features and protection mechanisms to safeguard the components and ensure user safety.
Providing comprehensive documentation, including schematics, bill of materials (BOM), and PCB layout files, for easy replication and future modifications.
The ideal candidate should possess:
Proficiency in PCB design software ( Altium Designer).
Experience in designing PCBs with microcontroller modules and peripheral components.
Knowledge of power management principles and circuit design for battery-powered devices.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to optimize PCB layout for size and performance.
Effective communication skills to discuss requirements, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns throughout the project timeline.
