ESP32 Circuit Board Design

I need a professional who can design an ESP32 circuit board for an IoT device. The board must include several specific components and be powered by an external power adapter.

Key Requirements:
- Design an ESP32 circuit board tailored for IoT applications
- Incorporate a RTC with a rechargeable battery w/reverse polarity protection
- Include a Micro SD slot for data logging
- Integrate a 10A Relay with an option for a 20A relay
- Utilize an ESP-WROOM-32 Module controller
- USB port for programming and initial powering
- all necessary components like voltage regulation 5V-3.3V as needed
- Implement a DC-DC converter that can handle 10-15VDC input and convert it to 5V for powering the entire board from an automotive source
