ESP32 CNC Display Unit — PCB Schematic, Layout, BOM & Aluminium Enclosure Design (Industrial IP54)

Designing a Smart CNC Machine Display Unit for industrial shop-floor use
and need an experienced electronics + mechanical freelancer to deliver
production-ready design files.

SCOPE OF WORK:
- Schematic design for PCBs (Main Control Board + LED Display Board)
- PCB layout (KiCad preferred)
- BOM with Indian supplier part numbers and alternates
- Aluminium enclosure design (CNC machined or sheet metal) — IP54 rated
- Smoked black acrylic display window
- Magnetic + screw mounting
- All source files + manufacturing-ready outputs (Gerber, STEP, DXF, PDF)

TECHNOLOGY:
- MCU: ESP32-WROOM-32D
- Display: 8× MAX7219 cascaded 8×8 colour LED dot matrix
- RTC: DS3231 | Memory: FRAM MB85RC256V
- RS485 (MAX485) | 24VDC industrial power input
- All 24V inputs optically isolated (PC817)

WE WILL HANDLE ALL FIRMWARE — no coding required from you.

DELIVERABLES (full list in attached spec document):
1.KiCad schematic files + PDF
2.PCB Gerber files + drill files (DRC zero errors)
3. Electronics BOM (Excel + PDF)
4. STEP + DXF + PDF enclosure drawings
5. Enclosure/hardware BOM
6. 3D renders of both boards

PAYMENT: Milestone-based (4 stages — details in spec document)

Please DO NOT bid if you:
- Cannot provide KiCad source files
- Cannot deliver STEP + DXF for the enclosure
- Do not have industrial electronics experience
- Cannot show portfolio of similar work

To be considered, your proposal MUST include:
1. Link to at least one similar industrial PCB project in your portfolio
2. Your EDA tool (KiCad version)
3. Your CAD tool (SolidWorks / Fusion 360)
4. Estimated timeline in weeks
5. Your quoted price broken down: electronics design + mechanical design separately
