Double-Layered EasyEDA PCB Design Needed

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I'm searching for an electronic engineer with strong skills in PCB design using EasyEDA for manufacturing. The project involves:

- Creating a double-layered PCB design
- Integrating major components such as microcontrollers
- Ensuring male and female header incorporation in the design

Your experience with EasyEDA and PCB manufacturing will be crucial for successful project execution. Expertise in handling microcontrollers would be highly beneficial. Please make sure your bid reflects your proficiency in these areas.

The design will have the following components:
1. JLCPCB part C5604725
2. Two 1 x 12 male headers (2.54 mm pitch, 22.86 mm (.9 inches) between headers). The board at https://www.lilygo.cc/products/t-display-s3-soldered?_pos=1&_psq=T-Display&_ss=e&_v=1.0 will plug into these two male headers (the link shows the board having male headers but the ones I use have female headers installed). This board will apply power to the circuit.
3. One 1 x 16 Female header. I will specify what pins connect to this
4. Two push button switches. I will specify what connects to these.
5. One 1 x 4 female header. I will specify what connects to this header.
6. One 1 x 16 female header. The 16 pins from item #1 will be routed to each pin
7. Possibly one 3 V led

I have attempted to do the above (except for step 6). I would like someone to take what I have started and complete the design and make it ready to submit to JLCPCB for manufacturing.
