Development Embedded System NXP S32K3 based

We have initiated a new project that involves using an S32K314 microcontroller to read data from an NXP MC33772B battery monitoring IC. Our PCB also includes an NXP MC33664, which serves to translate the TPL (Transformer Physical Layer) bus of the MC33772B to SPI communication. While there are additional components involved, the core functionality we require is a device that effectively translates between the MC33772B and a CAN bus system.
The choice of the S32K314 microcontroller is not fixed; it was selected as a balanced option between performance and complexity. We are open to alternative solutions that may better suit the project's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop firmware to read and interpret data from the NXP MC33772B via the MC33664.
-Translate and transmit the acquired data over the CAN bus.
-Ensure reliable and efficient communication between the battery monitoring IC and the CAN network.
-Potentially recommend and implement alternative microcontroller solutions if they offer advantages.
-Design and develop the PCB layout as needed.
-Collaborate on any additional necessary hardware or software integrations.
Qualifications:
-Proficiency in microcontroller programming (experience with the S32K series is a plus).
-Strong understanding of SPI and CAN bus communication protocols.
-Ability to design and troubleshoot embedded systems.
-Experience in PCB design and layout.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
