Design a working PCB

Job ID: 37290955

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

Design a board like a https://core-electronics.com.au/guides/makerverse-nano-power-timer/ but that has intervals up to 1 year and has another bitswitch with a failsafe in minutes that controls how long power will be supplied until the board stops the power and starts it's timer again. Note that the power draw of this board when it's in timer mode should be less than 50na if possible. This board will be used with Arduino units with a field life of 10 years and power will be supplied from Alkaline Batterys.

I am looking for a skilled PCB designer to create a small (less than 2 inches) working PCB for a power supply project. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing compact PCBs and working with power supply circuits. You will know what a MAX31331 or something like that and also once power is supplied, another bitswitch will control how long power is available until the board stops the power supply if the DONE interface has not been enabled.

Key requirements for the project include:

- Designing a PCB that is small in size, less than 2 inches.
- Incorporating only a few key components into the PCB, as specified by the client.
- Ensuring the PCB is capable of functioning as a power supply.
- Implementing efficient circuitry and layout design to optimize performance.
- Adhering to industry standards and best practices for PCB design.

Ideal skills and experience for this job:

- Proficiency in PCB design software such as Altium or Eagle.
- Knowledge of power supply circuitry and component selection.
- Understanding of compact PCB design techniques and space optimization.
- Ability to create clear and organized PCB schematics and layouts.
- Experience with testing and troubleshooting PCBs to ensure functionality.

If you are a skilled PCB designer with experience in power supply circuits and small PCB design, and are interested in working on this project, please submit your proposal along with relevant examples of your previous work.
