Design a PCB for prototype device

This is a project within our prototype project where we are looking for a new circuit design and building a brand new PCB from scratch.
We have an existing design, which can be shared, however we are looking for a PCB designed from our specification, which must meet the set criteria, to allow the device to carry out its functions as per the specs.
This will be working to home supply electricity in the UK (50hz, 230VAC).

We require a PCB design with dimensions, schematic, component list and a logic process document created, to show the inputs and outputs.
Please provide a bid that would align to a project of designing a PCB and providing all associated documents.

This is for a device within an automotive sector, integrating with EVs.
Previous automotive sector experience is desirable and we are looking for highly qualified and experienced electrical engineers for this task, as there may be a requirement for further work.

We will provide specs and further information.
If interested you will be required to sign an NDA, which we will provide.
All work done will be under an IP agreement, as this will become the property of the company.
