Design a PCB for DC power management
Budget: $15 – $25 USD

You will likely be selected if you show that you read the project description.
One way to do so is to write a quick overview of how you would design this PCB and which parts are critical, in your opinion.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Pick parts
- Design a PCB
- Have it manufactured
- Maybe: test it
Bonus: Write a firmware, or I will write one myself
You will design a power management box for telecom applications.
Design voltage is +/-48V
16x 20A battery inputs
16x 6A load outputs
8x mid-span PoE injectors (passive 2-pair/4-pair 48V)
2x 100A inverter/charger interfaces
2x 20A Aux in/out
Remote load control using IP over Ethernet and Wi-Fi
Soft & Hard fuses on all outputs
Bidirectional power monitoring for every power input/output
Joule counting (this could be done using an external system like a Victron BMV)
The design must be reasonably compact, so a stacked PCB design will likely be needed.
