Design a PCB based on pdf documents

I am looking for a person willing to make a PCB design based on the PDF document provided. I am only interested in receiving editable design files in the Altium environment.

Assumptions for the project:
- 2-layers PCB,
- SMD components on top side, THT components on bottom side,
- Resistors- SMD 0805,
- Ceramic capacitors - SMD 0805,
- Electrolytic aluminium capacitor - SMD 16V,
- IC op-amp TL074 in SMD SO-14,
- As small, as possible, housing drawing below,
- THT potentiometers mounted directly in the PCB on the bottom layer.
