Design PCB and BOM
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Looking for someone to design a custom PCB for me and the BOM so I could have the board made from any supplier.
Requirements:
General Requirements:
- USB C for Charging and Flashing ESP chip, will require usb controller.
- Wire terminal with screw to be powered by external 5v power supply.
- LED status light and Reset buttons required for ESP.
- Small Physical switch to connect/discounted LED.
- Small overall package size of 25-30MM
Goal is for the pub to fit in two types of cases. 1 that is a circle that would be placed in a door Frame and the second would be a small box.
Main Chips:
-VL53L1X ( Time of Flight Sensor)
-ESP32 (ESP-Wroom-32)
-BH1750 ( Lux Sensor)
Layout Thoughts:
Should have parts on both sides of the pcb.
Top would need have the Lux, TOF sensor , led, reset, led switch and any additional chips required
Back having esp32 , USB C port and wire connector.
This is for my personal use so do not have a large budget for it.
