Design of a MIL-STD-1275E Power Supply with LTC7801

I am looking for an electronics expert to develop a MIL-STD-1275E compliant power supply. The circuit must handle input voltages from 28V to 100V, stabilize the output at 30V, and dissipate up to 700W. The LTC7801 will be used in a buck-boost configuration. The project requires schematic design, PCB layout optimization, and compliance verification with military standards.
