Design a Custom PCB for SIM800C Module Integration

I am looking for a PCB designer to help create a custom PCB for integrating the SIM800C module. The PCB will be attached to my main PCB and should include only the essential components required for my specific use case.

Key Requirements:

Power Supply:
Input: 12V
Onboard 12V-to-4V regulator circuit for SIM800C module power.
Communication:
TXD and RXD pins for UART communication (connected to my main PCB).
SIM Slot:
Micro SIM card slot properly connected to the SIM800C.
LED Indicators:
Network LED (1Hz blink for no network, 3Hz for network connected).
Power LED to indicate module operation.
Antenna:
Optional SMA connector or PCB antenna for network signal.
Compact Design:
PCB dimensions should be optimized for a small form factor.
ESD Protection:
Ensure SIM slot and critical components are protected against electrostatic discharge.
Deliverables:

Complete schematic and PCB layout design.
Gerber files for manufacturing.
BOM (Bill of Materials) with component specifications.
Assistance during the prototyping and testing phase (if required).
