Design a BMS PCB 16s Lifepo4 100A ( Stackable )

Need to design a bms pcb for production via 3rd party like pcbway etc... must be 16s Lifepo4 chemistry with 100a continuous use and 150a pulse. The bms must be designed to form the balance leads and mount to the top of a row of prismatic style cells. ( see concept rendering attached. )
Features Required are :
over volt
under volt
cell balance
over current
over/under temp ( optional )
paralleling support
Also it will be potted / waterproofed as well.
I have looked at the BQ76952PFBR from ti but need someone to design the pcb.
