I need a PCB designed for a CM4-based DIN rail module.

Key requirements:
- Wide range DC power supply (e.g. 9 - 36 V)
- Overvoltage and reverse polarity protection
- Ethernet
- mPCIe slot
- M.2 slot
- 1 button, 3 LEDs
- Watchdog circuit
- RTC onboard
- Mechanical mounting expertise
- Careful component selection with EU availability

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in PCB design, especially for industrial applications.
- Familiarity with CM4 carrier board design.
- Experience with Ethernet, mPCIe, and M.2 integrations.
