Cypress / Infineon Chip: Power Electrical Schematic, PCB Layout Review & Embedded Firmware

Hi. I have a completed electrical design and the PCB has already been assembled. I need someone to check the schematic, PCB layout, and additionally, develop the firmware for it using
It's an AC to DC power supply that goes into 5 Cypress / Infineon CYPD3171 chips. Each chip powers 18W battery packs via Type C.
Additionally, I need someone to configure and build firmware using Infineon development tools so I can upload to the board.
Deliverable:
● Document that lists the checks, and determine if the current electrical design would work
● If the design doesn't work, I'd like to have a list of actionable changes that can be done to the PCBA and electrical design to get it to work (example of a change: update this value resistor to this, change this part to this, etc.).
