Custom PCB Board - 2CH/4CH Long Range Wireless Relay Switch/High MHz 900+ MHz

My project:
I have a very successful Long Range Remote system I custom build for my field. I use a proprietary board that is Very bulletproof. I would like my very own board.
This could be a long term contract, somewhat tight budget as I’m funding it myself. The company I use is down due to COVID. The boards are still available though.
Looking for someone close to Whittier or L.A. California, so we have the option of brainstorming in person.
This could be a five or ten year job for the right tech.
Starting an engineering company and looking for a hungry electrical engineer/PCB designer/iOS programmer for app control.
As for the remote: 2,4,6,8 channel relays, long range, secure rolling code, can’t take on any interference. Key fob and mobile app transmitter’s. High MHz, around the 900 range. 9-36 VDC INPUT/20 apm - 9-36VDC OUTPUT - NC/NO relay capabilities. I have photos of my working systems.
