Custom Mechanical Keyboard Design with Knob

I'm looking for an experienced PCB and schematic designer to help design our upcoming mechanical keyboard. This design will be unique as it will be a 75% layout with a twist knob in the top right corner primarily for volume control.
Essential skills and experience needed:
1. Experience with PCB design
2. Familiarity with the mechanical keyboard layout
3. Knowledgeable in volume control integration
