Create Small Sensor PCB
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Objective
Design and initiate production (PCBWay incl. assembly) of small circuit and PCB to be used as an interface/sensor module.
The function is to connect to a Panasonic PIR sensor (EKMC1601112) (via JST connector) and it should contain a small solid state relay to be able to control 220V AC (2 LED spots 220V AC/5W each) (Phoenix Contact connector)
The PCB will be connected to another PCB (not in scope) using a JST connector providing 3.3V DC, 5V DC and I/O pins of an ESP32-WROOM
The ESP32 PCB is already designed and the JST connector is also defined including ESP32 pin usage
Background
An existing PCB with an ESP32-WROOM will need to connect to this new PCB to allow the existing PCB to get PIR sensor readings as well as the ESP32 should be able to turn on/off 2 LED spots via a solid state relay.

PIR sensor to be used: EKMC1601112 - driving circuit needs to be designed
Design considerations need to be communicated to project owner. Circuit will have to be be backed up with correct/theoretical arguments
Recommend optimal/cost effective solid state relay and needed circuit design (AC load, trigger voltage, PCB copper cooling)
Prior knowledge of working with SSR and 220V AC on PCB is required. No web copy design will be accepted
Small voltage drop due to cable between ESP32 and sensor board must be considered (PIR as well as solid state relay)
Ensure secure 220V AC design
Connector to be used to 220V AC is Phoenix Contact
No physical constraints on the PCB dimensions
Interface to PCB: JST connector to EPS32 on other existing PCB, JST connector to PIR sensor (3 wires), 220V AC

Milestones
70% when PCB is starting production at PCBWay
30% when PCB has been tested and found OK
