Create Design for PCB

Job ID: 35981540

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

The pcb design will be used for a set of vibration sensors (Accelerometer Module with
adxl345 chip fixed in the center of the pcb in the upper layer), temperature (High Precision
Temperature Sensor Module - MCP9808 fixed in the central part of the lower layer of the
board logo below the accelerometer) and current (Non-Invasive Current Sensor Module AC 5A off the board, its connection to the system is done by a molex jst) The temperature sensor and vibration sensor SDA AND SCL inputs need to be connected to the TCA9548 and the TCA9548 inputs need to be connected to the atmega SDA and SCL inputs (as in the schematic).

Need a 2 pin jst molex type battery terminal, a 3 pin jst terminal for the current sensor, a 4
pin male bus to access the atmega rx tx (as in the schematic) and a 2 pin bus male that
connects to one of the atmega's digital inputs with the pin on the side being GND.
Following the schematic, on the left side we have the NRF24L01, this component needs an
antenna made directly on the PCB and following the requirements of Impedance and
Frequency.

All components on the board have to be chosen in order to make the energy saving more
effective, not being able to place LEDs that could increase energy consumption.
The chosen battery will have 7.4v for this reason, LTC3525 voltage regulators were used to
regulate the voltage at 3.3v and 5v for the respective chips that use these voltages.
NOTE: The PCB design must be assembled in a way that is as small as possible, there may
be suggestions to reduce the size or suggestions for other parts of the PCB that you think
can improve its performance and decrease energy consumption.
The PCB must have holes at its ends so that it is possible to screw it with M2 screws into a
plastic housing.

A list of parts and their respective websites with information, photos and prices will be
available to the design.

Please attach the PCB manufacturing files as .BOM and gerber, and also inform the
programs used and attach the project so that future editions can be made
