Convert Expedition Projects into Altium

I am looking for a freelancer who can convert Expedition projects into Altium. The converted projects should have identical functionality to the original Expedition projects, which includes schematics conversion and pcb layout. The end PCB should be ready for manufacture and have the same outcome.
