Control Panel Design & Wiring Expert

I'm seeking an electrical engineer with vast experience in control panel design. The project entails creating a wiring diagram and a comprehensive bill of quantities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a control panel tailored for a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) system.
- Create a detailed wiring diagram for the control panel.
- Provide a bill of quantities for all necessary components.
- Develop a physical layout for the control panel, including component placement.
- Select appropriate wiring standards and colors for all connections.
- Prepare a detailed installation guide for the control panel.
- Define and document power supply specifications for the control panel.
- Integrate necessary safety devices such as fuses, breakers, and emergency stops.
- Ensure all panel design documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects the final design.
- Perform site visits to assess requirements and ensure the design fits the physical constraints.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in designing control panels.
- Proficiency with PLC systems, specifically Beckhoff PLC.
- Strong skills in creating wiring diagrams and bills of quantities.
- Excellent understanding of electrical engineering principles.
Please use Siemens Solid Edge wiring design for the design. This control panel will be used in the process control industry. The project should be completed within 1 month. Ensure the control panel complies with IEC standards. The control panel must be resistant to dust and moisture. Ensure the control panel integrates Modbus/TCP for communication. On-site services are required for the project. The control panel should be designed to operate in effluent treatment plant environmental conditions. The installation guide should include step-by-step instructions for installation and configuration.
