Control Module for Electronic parking brake
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need a PCB designed that operates a parking brake for a passenger vehicle.
Inputs:
- Constant 12v power in
- Ignition on 12v power in
- Ground
- Switch 12v power
- Switch ground
- Switch light
To Left calliper
- 12v
- 12v These reverse to open and close the calliper.
To right calliper
- 12v
- 12v These reverse to open and close the calliper.
Operation:
Parking brake to be applied when pressing momentary switch.
Momentary Switch can be activated with ignition off, but cannot be deactivated
Upon activation, both callipers, 12v until set current is reached.
Upon deactivation, both callipers reverse polarity 12v until set current is reached.
Upon ignition off, callipers are activated until set current is reached.
Parking brake should be able to be activated at any time but the disable function should be disabled when there is no ignition on.
