Consumer Electronics PCB Design
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
The board I need you to design will drive a brand-new consumer electronics product, so compact size, clean signal routing, and manufacturability are all critical. I will share the block diagram, key component choices, and mechanical envelope as soon as we start; what I need from you is a complete, production-ready design that I can hand straight to my assembler without any extra tweaks.
Please take the initial concept, turn it into a full schematic, lay out the PCB with attention to EMI, thermal considerations, and test-point access, then generate every file required for fabrication and assembly.
Deliverables:
• Editable schematic and PCB layout files (Altium, KiCad, or Eagle—whichever you prefer)
• Gerber and drill files ready for the fab house
• Pick-and-place data, assembly drawings, and detailed BOM with manufacturer part numbers
• Brief design report summarising layer stack, trace widths, power calculations, and any special recommendations
