Consumer Electronics Double-layer PCB Design
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I'm seeking a PCB designer to create a single-layer PCB for a hobby electronics application. This board will incorporate both through-hole and surface-mount components, so experience with both types is essential.
Key Requirements:
- Design of a single-layer PCB
- Incorporation of both through-hole and surface-mount components
- Experience in consumer electronics PCB design
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in PCB design software
- Understanding of consumer electronics requirements
- Experience with both through-hole and surface-mount components
The objective of this project is to create a reliable and efficient PCB that meets the specific needs of a consumer electronics device. Previous experience in this field will be highly advantageous.
This is a hobby board which I will only need one or two of. I have coded and designed the system here:
https://github.com/jakejellinek/clocktower-control2
Specifications for the microcontroller are here:
https://spotpear.com/wiki/ESP32-C6-1.47-inch-LCD-Display-Screen-LVGL-SD-WIFI6-ST7789.html
I have a TXS0108E level shifter.
The LED rings (see picture, each has 3 bits) need to be spaced out in an oval (they represent players sitting in a circle/oval) Ideally about half an inch gap between each. The whole board will be 35cm x 42cm. The microcontroller should be in the centre of the board in the same orientation as the board itself. Consideration to components near the antenna side of the board should be given (ie. keep wiring and components away from the area in front of the antenna.
