Connect nr 4 photointerrupts

Job ID: 33821609

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

Design the electrical circuit and draw the PCB to connect nr 4 photointerrupts (LTH-301-32).
The four photointerrupters must function as four normally closed switches connected in series, when one or more switches are opened there is an output of only one signal.
There are two PCBs (PCB A and PCB B). in each PCB there are 2 photointerrupters soldered on top of each other, at the ends of the PCB there are holes for the wires going to PCB X.
In PCB X there are all the components (resistors, diodes...) and a 3-pin connector (GND - Positive 5 Volt - Signal) to connect it to one digital input of the Arduino.

The dimensions of the PCB are shown in the attached .jpg.
To summarise, I would need these 4 photointerrupters to behave as one
I attach the Datasheet of the fork Photointerrupter.
