Complete a wifi/sms modem and reporting system
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a part designed PCB and firmware and I need the job completing urgently, as the last designer was Ukrainian and has dropped out of contact as their town was overrun by Russia.
I have all gerber files and firmware, and blank PCBs to send you for assembly of prototype.
I would say the project is 70pc completed. The device measures the data from the sensors and sends the data via LTE.
TIMESCALE TO COMPLETE IS 2 WEEKS
The desigbner has used sim7600 module and stm32cube ide for firmware coding.
The project is to use sensors to ultrasonically measure the depth of liquid.
I can supply files as required and all work is fully paid for , it is expected that there will be ongoing works on this project once this prototype is completed to testing phase. You will need wifi comms skills for this project and the LTE is selected and specified already. As I understand it, the PCB and all gerber files are ready for assembly. You will supply the components to complete the PCB and I will pay for these directly. I will courier the pcb and sensors to you.

XXXX Up to 5 sensors in the modem, each to be viewed with its own data.
The MODEM and PIC (ALREADY DESIGNED and BARE PCB MANUFACTURED)
XXXX-Modem that will report back by wifi (or sms if no wifi) using the sms card to a central server of a simple report and identification of the modem. The modem will take the variable volts and when these volts are transmitted to the server it will show an actual range of capacity values commensurate with the volts as capacity level Empty to full. This will show as Green/ Anber and Red on dashboard
The solar panel power to be disconnected once battery gets to full voltage.
XXXX There is to be a small 12V battery in the device
XXXXAbility to add up to 5 sensors in the modem
XXXX-The modem software should be capable of upgraded/ flashed remotely by top level admin as group upload/ reflash, not individually, and preferrably work off usb charger or 12 volts.
If there is no power supply, the modem should wake up and report low battery level and capacity level every hour. If same as last time it shold go back to sleep.
If no wifi connection, the modem is to keep trying to send until wifi is established.
XXXX The modem should broadcast internet for users other devices if enabled-password for broadcast is set by user in their dashboard admin.

The sensor produces a variable voltage, from 0 to 5V analog.nThe circuit is designed and I have the sensors.
The Power supply is designed : Solar Panel and 12 volt supply from 240V
