Compact and Relay Control PCB Designs

Job ID: 39060274

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I require the design and fabrication of two distinct printed circuit boards (PCBs), each complete with schematics, layouts, Gerber files, and a Bill of Materials (BOM) specifying component selection and library management.
Design 1: Compact Sensor Interface PCB
This design prioritizes a compact form factor and incorporates an HLK-10M05 power supply module with integrated safety circuits, including safety capacitance and common-mode inductance. The 5V and GND outputs are routed to the load. A 2.54mm pitch is to be maintained for all pin pitches where feasible. An ESP32-S3-DevKitC will be mounted via berg strips. The board requires the following connectors:
Three 4-pin I2C connectors (VCC, GND, SCL, SDA) for interfacing with DFRobot SEN0537 (https://www.dfrobot.com/product-2795.html), DFRobot SEN0488 (https://www.dfrobot.com/product-2664.html), and Sensirion SEN63C (https://sensirion.com/products/catalog/SEN63C) sensors.
One 2-pin connector for an external push button connected to GND and the RST pin.
Three 3-pin connectors for One-Wire communication, connected to the ESP32 with integrated pull-up resistors.
One 2-pin connector for a reed switch, connected to a digital pin on the ESP32 with an integrated pull-up resistor.
On-board provision for a readily mountable RS485-to-TTL module and a CAN bus circuit. Both RS485 and CAN communication will be UART-connected to the ESP32, with a DIP switch for device selection.
Design 2: Relay Control PCB
This design includes both an ESP32-S3-DevKitC and an HLK-10M05 power supply module (similar to Design 1). It features ten plug-in relays, each controlled by a MOSFET, IGBT, or transistor connected to a dedicated GPIO pin on the ESP32-S3. Optocoupler isolation is required for each relay circuit to prevent interference from external high voltage.
Standardized terminal blocks are required for both PCB designs.
