We are seeking an experienced PCB design freelancer to develop a compact, efficient, and reliable circuit board for our innovative medical pain relief device. The device combines TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) and ultrasound mechanisms to deliver effective pain relief.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop the schematic and PCB layout for the device.
2. Ensure the design integrates both TENS and ultrasound functionalities seamlessly.
3. Optimize the PCB for size, power efficiency, and reliability.
4. Provide Gerber files and other required outputs for manufacturing.
5. Create a prototype design for initial testing and validation.
6. Adhere to medical device standards and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in PCB design, especially for medical or wearable devices.
Knowledge of TENS and ultrasound circuit integration.
Familiarity with low-power and compact design principles.
Ability to deliver detailed schematic diagrams and simulation reports.
Understanding of regulatory requirements for medical electronics (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 60601-1).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with wireless or IoT-enabled devices.
Familiarity with portable or battery-powered devices.
Deliverables:
Finalized PCB design files (Gerber, BOM, etc.).
Simulation results or testing reports.
Guidance on prototyping and manufacturing.
