Compact IoT PCB Design with ESP32-C6

I need a small-scale PCB design for an IoT project that integrates an ESP32-C6 chip, a power converter for up to 24VDC input, and a TTL communication module. The goal is to reduce the number of components to optimize for production and ensure the design is thermally suited for encased settings. The final output should include KiCad designs, GERBER files, a Bill of Materials (BOM), and detailed plans for prototype fabrication with vendors like PCBWAY, JLCPCB, ALLPCB, or others. This PCB design will evolve from an existing breadboard prototype using the ESP32-C6-DevKitC-1.
