Project Details

Need of a compact, double-layer PCB designed for a digital circuit. The project involves creating a Gerber file that is ready for printing, accommodating the given circuit diagram. The PCB should be small and compact, suitable for accommodating a digital circuit.

The 2 ESP32, SIM800L, MAX 485 and ADS1115 will be mounted on a 2.54 mm pin female single-row header strip. All connectors will use 5 mm PCB terminals with standard 0.1” (2.54 mm) spacing through holes.

Key Requirements:

Design and create a 14 X 14 CM double-layer PCB
Generate a Gerber file for printing
Ensure the design is compact and small
Project file also required for further update if any. 

Please create a schematic diagram in a PDF for review first. After the review, proceed with generating the Gerber file.

Include silkscreen labels for all components and connections. Ensure that all components are oriented horizontally. Considerations for an AC/DC power supply are required. Preferred KiCad software for the design. Optimize the PCB layout to minimize space and maximize efficiency. Use the bottom layer for signal routing and the top layer for ground and power planes. Ensure the PCB includes isolated power supply handling for the components
